Chicago Title is also licensed to act as Trustee under the definition of Subdivision Trust as defined in the Escrow Agent Statute, ARS Title 6, Chapter 7 6-801(S). The fee structure for administration of Subdivision Trusts is set at a minimum to cover costs.
