Effective Monday, April 16^th, Chicago Title Agency has relocated its corporate office from the Biltmore area to

6710 N Scottsdale Rd  Ste 100.
Scottsdale, AZ 85353

The new location is just north of Lincoln Rd on the west side of Scottsdale Rd in the Scottsdale Spectrum complex.
The entire Admin team has made the move as well as Out of County Services, the Lender Unit and the REO Unit.
Phone numbers for all involved in the move remain the same.  Check our website for changes in fax numbers.

Chicago Title Agency is excited about the move and we look forward to serving Valley real estate professionals from our new location.

Chicanos Por La Causa is Arizona’s largest Community Development Corporation and Chicago Title Agency is proud to be a partner in CPLC’s efforts.  Secretary of HUD Shaun Donovan visited Phoenix late last year to laud CPLC’s accomplishments.

CPLC provides the community with a distinct, yet integrated group of services in education, housing, economic development and social services.  Focused on individuals and families with low or moderate income levels, CPLC compliments its service offerings with cultural and linguistic competencies.

They recently released the video below to spread the word about Neighborhood Stabilization Program II funds now available in our area.

On March 30th, all Facebook business pages are going to switch to the timeline format.  This means big changes for pages that have custom landing tabs, “like gates” and other marketing add-ons.

The new timeline does not allow a custom landing tab.  This is disconcerting for many Facebook marketers, as many business pages rely heavily on “call to action” style applications to gather likes and drive engagement.

I came across the interesting infographic below while cleaning out my Google Reader.  (If you do not know what a Google Reader is, check our calendar for our next Google workshop)  If you have children or grandchildren in high school or college, you may want to forward this to them.

Kaplan Test Prep prepared the report and it is an eye-opener.  It’s best to use this rule – Don’t post anything your mother wouldn’t approve or you wouldn’t want to see in the paper.
