Melissa Cocanower, Assistant Vice President/Branch Manager of the Camelback Biltmore office, has been with Chicago Title since 2005. Melissa has been involved in all areas of Commercial Real Estate since 1995 (Retail, Office, Multifamily, Industrial and Land).

 

She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northern Arizona University.

 

Melissa has won the President’s Club award from 2005 though 2010, and her branch has been recognized as a Million Dollar branch consistently during that same time frame.

 

Melissa spends at least one weekend a month helping  her favorite charity which is Children’s First Academy.  They provide housing, clothing, food and nutrition along with counseling and schooling to homeless kids in Arizona.  She is also a Black Belt in a Korean Martial Art which is steeped in tradition called Hwa Rang Do. She is an avid hiker and camper.  Melissa also belongs to a 4 wheel drive group that travels to all locations of Arizona.   She is licensed in advanced Scuba Diving and she is also a licensed Emergency First Responder.    She has a wonderful husband that enjoys all of these activities with her.  They run a business called ITSynergy which is a computer consulting firm with 20+ employees.   They have two dogs and one cat that they spend a lot of time with and love very much.
