Alan Costley has worked for Chicago Title since 1972. He spent the first nine years in the title department, both a s a Title Officer and as the Trustee Sale Division Manager. Alan took over the Mesa branch as Branch Manager in 1982.
Some of the notable transactions Alan has closed include the 80,000 acres land exchange in the Sun Valley-Buckeye area between the Bureau of Land Management and Tennaco Ranch. He also managed the escrows for Fiesta Mall, Tombstone County Court House, Douglas Ranch, Finley Farms, Camelback Arboleda, Spectrum Val Vista and the Catholic Heathcare West land acquisition.
Alan is married and has four daughters.
