Judy Powell has been with Chicago Title since 1970 and holds the title of Assistant Vice President as well as Senior Branch Manager, specializing in not only residential, but multi-family and commercial transactions. As branch manager since 1973, that position has provided an opportunity to teach real estate renewal classes to licensed agents on successful alternative financing, carryback and wrap transactions and other industry related subjects.
Judy holds the highest designation of Certified Senior Escrow Officer in the Arizona Escrow Association – which requires the combination of years on the job as well as an extensive testing criteria. Judy has a continued commitment to customer service as well as customer satisfaction – and is well qualified to handle any real estate transaction.
