DiAnna Jackman is the manager of the Scottsdale office and has worked for Chicago Title since 1989. She started her career in the Chicago land area and moved to Arizona in 2003. Her areas of expertise are Investor, residential resale, Short Sale and relocation. DiAnna is a member of The Arizona Real Estate Investors Association as well as The Arizona Escrow Association. She also has affiliations through Chicago Title with The Mortgage Lenders Association and The Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors.
In her very limited down time she likes to spend quality time with her husband Rob and her dogs Charlie and Lola.

Kimberley started her career with Chicago Title in the recording department in 2003. From there she worked her way up from Residential Title Examining to Commercial Title Examining. In February of 2008, Kimberley transferred from the Title department into the exciting world of Escrow. With Kimberley’s vast working knowledge of title, the transition was very easy. Staring as an assistant commercial escrow officer Kimberley worked in the same office as DiAnna Jackman who soon lured her into the residential side of escrow. DiAnna Jackman and Kimberly split off to become their own Residential escrow office in June of 2010.
In her down time, Kimberley is a work out fanatic. She likes to spend as much time as possible with friends and family and loved ones, in our business the little down time we get is precious and Kimberley makes the very best of it.
Dawn Woods
Dawn is new to Chicago Title Agency. She started her career in Arizona in 1992 after moving here from California. She started as a Receptionist and worked her way up knowing she would one day be in Escrow. She has been with the Fidelity family since 1997.
Dawn has vast knowledge in all aspects of your escrow transactions from Lender, Broker, Investor, Residential Resale, Short Sale, and REO. She is a member of the Arizona Escrow Association and is CEPD Certified. In her downtime
Dawn enjoys spending time with her family, her beautiful granddaughter Crash, and friends. She loves going to the Dunes in the winter, hiking and the spending time at the many beautiful lakes Arizona has to offer in the summer.
