About Brad Mercer:
Brad Mercer, Escrow Operation Manager for Chicago Title, started in the Title Insurance industry in 1983 as a part time summer job re-organizing the file storage system at US Life Title. Brad was asked to stay on to become a full time employee in the Escrow Department. He then started as a receptionist and moved through all positions including Senior Commercial Escrow Officer and Branch Manager.
Brad has worked in the industry in the States of Arizona, Idaho, Oregon and Washington. In Oregon he was the Principal tasked with all aspects of opening a Title Insurance Agency. In Washington he earned Limited Practice Officer status under the Washington Supreme Court.
In his free time, Brad enjoys spending time with his two adult children, mountain biking, hiking, skiing, camping, hunting and fishing.
