About David Fyke:
David has been with Chicago Title Insurance Company over 25 years and currently serve as Vice President and State Development Services Manager facilitating the builder/developer services for the State of Arizona. He Initiated the Developer Services Department in Maricopa County and developed it serve the commercial and residential builders and developers throughout the state. As part of the department David created the Construction Disbursement Services Division that now administers construction disbursements in multi-states.
David has over 39 years experience in the title insurance industry, 32 of which have been in the Builder/Developer Services area. He has served past Chairman of the Central Arizona Homebuilders Association Real Estate Liaison Committee, and the Commissioner’s Public Report Application Re-Write Committee. Currently he is an active member of Leadership West, Arizona Association of Economic Development (AAED), the Real Estate Educator’s Association and is an Arizona Department of Real Estate certified instructor for Real Estate Development and Commissioner’s Rules and Regulation courses.
