Kevin has been a Phoenix resident for 30 years and has over 15 years of title and escrow experience. During his years with Chicago Title’s Builder Services Department, he has disbursed billions in construction funds. Clients benefit from Kevin’s expertise of construction disbursement by receiving risk mitigation services to limit lender’s and developer’s mechanics’ lien exposure on a national basis for commercial and residential projects of all sizes and categories. He continually gains client’s confidence through his integrity and the ability to help others capture a goal. While surpassing client’s expectations of customer service, he has formed lasting relationships with owners, lenders, engineers and subcontractors, enhancing Chicago Title’s reputation for superior service and performance.
Examples of the types of projects Kevin has assisted with are industrial, medical, tenant improvement, commercial, retail and infrastructure projects. The City of Phoenix’s Neighborhood Stabilization Program, multi-million dollar custom homes, residential subdivisions and high-rise residential condominiums.
Some of the more notable projects Kevin has been involved with include:
CityScape, a 1.8 million square foot mixed-use urban project located in downtown Phoenix and the $8 billion CityCenter, an unprecedented urban metropolis on 67 acres on the Las Vegas Strip. The 18-million-square-foot, multi-use CityCenter project is one of the world’s largest and is the largest single privately funded development in U.S. history.
