Tanya was extremely helpful in closing it sale. The seller was frustrated with some of the legal paperwork needed from their side and Tanya stayed calm and carefully explained what they needed and how to get it done. I'm not sure it would've happened without her and her staff. Very grateful she was the title person helping finalized everything. Great communication.

The Escrow Officer can make or break a deal. When it comes to Sheree Martinez, I never have to worry about my deal falling apart due to a non-responsive or incompetent escrow team. Sheree keeps me informed and communicates with my clients in a timely and efficient manner. She is always two steps ahead of me. Of course having the support of Jill Bright for marketing is the icing on the cake! No marketing rep works harder that Jill. Anytime I have a marketing request, it seem like I just hung up the phone or hit send on an email, and it is already done!

Tanya Robinson and the Chicago Title team in Gilbert are the real deal. This is not my first transaction with Tanya, and after this one, it will certainly not be my last. This particular deal did not go without its challenges. There were unexpected hurdles on the other side of the transaction involving parties outside of title and escrow, and that is exactly where you find out what your escrow officer is made of. Tanya held everything together. She stayed composed, kept the process moving, and continued facilitating a clean transaction even when things got bumpy. She did not panic, she did not drop the ball, and she ultimately got the deal closed. If you want someone in your corner when a transaction starts to go sideways, Tanya Robinson is exactly who you want. I would not hesitate to recommend her and I look forward to working together again.
